Intestate

What is intestate?

The legal process mandated by the courts for anyone who does not have a legal LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

A probate attorney drags you and your family in front of a judge, if you lost your spouse, along with any children, to argue what part of the estate they should get through their probate attorneys.  The judge ultimately decides who gets what, when, where, and how… You don’t and certainly your deceased spouse doesn’t!

IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?

If you have a will, congratulations, you still need a Living Trust.

If you have Power of Attorney Document, congratulations, you still need a Living Trust!

If you own property and it’s not paid for, you still need a Living Trust!

If you own property in another state, you need a living trust, to avoid Probate in more than one state.

If you are part owner of some land, you still need a Living Trust, if you want control over quick settlement of your share of the property.
